Important information
- In case of warranty, you have to provide us the proof of warranty.
  You will be billed for everything when your warranty doesn't cover on-site
- You are responsible to create a backup of your data yourself and ARC is never responsable for any data loss
- Software problems are not covered by fabrication warranty
- Interventions are payable by cheque or cash
- You will be notified when the repair is finished
- For out of warranty interventions you will be send a quote first
- ARC is not responsible when there is a longer repair time but will always inform you the reason
- When the machine isn't picked up after 3 month you have to pay 40 euro and 5 euro every extra week
- Your machine will be dismanteled 6 month after the repair, and you have to pay analyse, stockage and dismantle costs Appliable fees (when not covered by on-site warranty)

150,00 Euro: First work hour On-Site. Inclusive transportation Belgium
70,00 Euro: Hour cost. Every started hour will be billed
80,00 Euro: Supplement rush
All prices are exclusive VAT and parts
